Avoid using OneCorp!!!
We feel very relieved that we got away from this company, it feels like we dodged a bullet. They sold us a house & land package that was significantly over-valued. The whole process was rushed: once they saw our finances, they told us everything we wanted to hear and pushed us into signing quickly. At the time, we trusted the price was fair, but after looking into it properly we realised they had added $100k+ above what it was actually worth.
In our opinion, this business does not act in the client’s best interests. They profit by inflating prices and taking money from other vendors, which leaves buyers at a huge disadvantage. Please be cautious and do your own thorough research before dealing with them
