Snide, disrespectful, incompetent staff
Dr. Roxborough is not responsive to messages in the portal he uses. His staff can’t even provide medical records when asked. I have waited over six weeks for records to be sent and the only option they provided was to download them. The format is not accessible for a life insurance provider and so they claim I am “un tech esavvy,” claiming the format is pdf when it is not. Dr. Roxborough will not respond to repeated messages on a simple matter. Imagine if this was something urgent.
