Great Customer Service
Ken & Don came out to repair a plumbing leak and cloggged drain in my bathroom. They immediately went to work in the bathroom which involved more work and time than I had expected. While in the middle of fixing the bathroom, I told them about my kitchen faucet which started to leak while they were working in the bathroom. Their response was "no problem" and they replaced the faucet in the kitchen when the job was done in the bathroom. In times when customer service seems to be lacking, it is really nice to work with professionals who are efficient and do quality work. I was very pleased with their service and workmanship.
