Return policy is a SCAM
I had a disappointing experience at Natick Outdoor Store. I bought a Bauer Flight Lite hockey stick and was told I could return it within two weeks if it didn’t fit. After trying it once, I realized it didn’t fit properly.
When I returned, the staff was unprofessional and rude. They yelled at me, questioning how I thought anyone would want a used stick, despite my explaining that it was in perfect, original condition and had only been tried once. Their behavior was inappropriate for a professional business, and I believe they do not honor their return policy. This feels like a scam. I would advise others to think twice before shopping here.
