poor results, poor communication, poor experience
I needed a very simple company list. I was very clear on the area I needed represented in my list and which state should be the primary focus. I received an email almost every day for two weeks asking me to purchase the list. while I was focused on trying to get them to confirm the list contents I needed, they were focused on getting my payment. When I finally purchased the list it had no information from my home state, only information from the least important state on my list (again, I was very clear about the priority level of the 3 states I requested information on), over 30% of the list was duplicate company info, and about 60% of the list was well outside of the agreed upon distance parameters.
When I received the list, I immediately emailed and asked them to redo the list according to the agreed upon parameters. I got no response. I have emailed 10 times and called and left 5 messages all with no response. They had time to email me every day when they wanted my money and now, they won't reply at all. Save yourself the money and aggravation of dealing with this company and just do a google maps search and a Chat GTP request. You will get way more usefully information. I would not recommend this company for anything.
