My daughter just got new insurance so she had ti switch dentists . Before she could find one she had an emergency tooth issue yesterday . Extreme jaw pain , can’t eat or drink and dizziness . This dentist will take her insurance but won’t see her until Oct 27 because she is would be a new patient . Not even for an emergency situation in dire pain . It’s our policy she said !!! Don’t go here they don’t care about their patients only policies. She did get an appointment for today at Smiles on Randall in Algonquin which she will be a new patient . Go there instead if your looking for a dentist . They don’t care about policies they care about people . read less
