Worst experience ever
I had the worst imaginable experience. They were looking after my apartment in Barcelona. When the old tenants moved out, they said there was some need of remodelling. Charged me more then 5000€. When I finally looked at it, it was total catastrophe. Only a small part of the remodelling done and what was done in a way totally unacceptable. Then they simply said I had approved the work (which is simply is not true) and if I've got any problems I should solve them with the company they had elected.
Furthermore, they said the electrical system would need a total makeover and tried to charge me another 7.500€ for that. Otherwise I could not get electricity. Two phone calls with a supplier and an electrician proved this to be totally unsubstantial. So either absurd incompetence or something more sinister ...
