We have had One Tap Away in our building for about four months now. I have one day off a week and I have never been able to get all my laundry done in one day. EVER. I transfer money, I put the money into the machine, and the machine doesn't work, I never get the money back and the machine never works. I have called them , put in service orders, every time they say I have to wait two to three days to get the machine never works on my day off. This is ridiculous
