I placed an order on their website on 6/11/25 order #131226, that showed the item in stock. The website said orders would take 14 days to ship. After the 14 day period I began to try to contact them. After many tries through voice mail and email, I finally heard from them a month later on 7/14 when they said via email there was a problem with their system, and they were out of stock and offered me a refund. I accepted the offer but they never gave me a refund, even though they said they did. More trying to contact them thru voicemail and email and finally spoke with Derrick on 8/25 when he took my debit card information and said I would have the refund within 48 hours. Today is 9/15/25 and I have not receive the refund nor am I able to contact them. There are numerous complaints on yelp and Facebook and elsewhere from people having the same experience and receiving the same excuses and with theft.
