No respect for customers at Willowbrook store
To buy a bottle of liquor that was kept under lock and key , as they keep all their alcohol inventory, I had to ask for help twice. After the item was obtained , it was kept at service desk until I was ready to check out. Store manager was barely civil. Last time I would shop there. Too bad because they have some good products.
