Silver Eagle is getting worse every year.

Been buying for our business 9 yrs now. Every year they get worse and worse. Customer service is horrible. This year has been the worst. No Rep comes out any more. They never even informed us that we would not see our Rep. It has been over 3 months since someone has came in. We missed two orders in a row because we were unaware they were not coming. Then we started ordering online only for them to still mess the order up. Very misleading web site and if you need to adjust it the order never submits. So again no product. They only came in today from us calling and complaining. They brought our order that should have been delivered yesterday, it was ALL WRONG. They brought us stuff we did not order. The the rep blamed the manager for the order. When truth be told she needed a placement and never even asked, just said if we refused it we could not have any of our order at all. They brought us cans instead of bottles. The refused to take any of it back, unless we let them take the whole order back. They are extremely unfair and biased to the smaller businesses the way they are treating us like our order or business does not matter to them. Back in the day they were the best. We had the best Reps, Trent, Dustin, John and a few others whom we miss a lot. The they gave us the best possible service they could. The service now a days is HORRENDOUS. Silver Eagle needs to take back control of their business. Or hire people that care about their work. Obviously this new crew does not.
