These apartments are full of mold, would not recommend
These apartments are full of mold, rats and roaches. This is in addition to the piles of garbage in front of the compactor and around the complex. Apartments are water-damaged from broken or leaky pipes, or clogged AC drains (this is also why your AC will randomly quit working for no reason at all, and then start working again after a few days only to quit again). Management is aware of the issues, but states that they do not have money in the budget to address the issues, and that residents have signed an agreement to pay so if you want to move, get a lawyer.
