Our company paid Evergreen Media (Pty) Ltd R13,656.25 for website development. Despite multiple emails and a formal legal letter of demand served on 18 August 2025, the company:
Did not deliver the website;
Ignored the refund request;
Failed to confirm whether the files still exist.
The matter has been escalated to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, and legal proceedings are being prepared.
