Is awful community. No families. A lot of mid west transients no teeth. Africa immigrants yell all day inside. Not the working class a lot of very startling weirdos. A lady walked by and did not cut her toenails in 3 years. This community is very gross. Not one college educated person in the area. Is like the Colfax East crowd resituated with Mid West Transients. A lot of units are not liveable.
