Bleeding contradiction of who they once were. The national location will tell you to speak with a local branch leader but the one I came across didn't help me at all!!!.
We needed civil rights help or an advocate to help and this older lady kept telling us she's not an attorney and would not even hear us out!! We needed an advocate for now
Then we meet her and she's not even listening she's scrolling on her phone, she's rambling on in talking and kept asking us questions we already answered.
Just a piss poor representation of a local branch and we will never send another dime to this organization or support the local Birmingham downtown branch.
