Absolute liars with no conscience
Absolute liars. I purchased, what was advertised as an asymmetric lift but when installed I realized it was a symmetric lift. Contacted Champion and they acknowledged their mistake and promised to make it right for me. After over 6 months of delays and more promises the “president” of the company sees fit to offer me $500 when the entire lift plus installation cost me $8500. A joke? They admitted their culpability and changed their website description of the lift TP12HD to reflect the true information and refuse to correct my issue. Then they try to tell me my lift actually IS ASYMMETRIC!?!??!? Do they think I’m a drug user or mental patient? They lied when they sold me this thing, they lied when they promised an actual fix, then they added grave insult to injury by offering about 6% of my loss. On top of that they now deny the lifting what they now advertise it as. Wow. Stay away from these absolute CROOKS!!!
