I bought a car in May 2025 from here, very nice friendly and helpful, the cost was over £5500 However within 3 weeks I had to take it back for a number of faults, showing on the screen, one of the faults was dealt with on the 3rd attempt, they had it back for 2/3 days at a time and a fourth time for the other faults which are still ongoing. The car came with a full MOT yet with 3 months I had to have a new spring coil and a full set of pads and discs, which cost over £400. During this time I did not drive it for 4 wks due to an operation, so its been on the road and used for less then 2 and a half months. This is not what I expected from an AA approved garage. I don't have money to throw away. I was quite insisted, when I bought the car that I needed a reliable car, and was assured it was fine obviously not, in the past week my odometer has become erratic adding on as well as taking off miles, and my high beams suddenly cut themselves off! So there are lots of other problems going off with this car! I am utterly disgusted with the way this company has treated me and really would like to warn everybody, They were really friendly and helpful when buying but now do not want to know or help in anyway! I tried to contact them 2 wks ago I was assured someone would get back to me I still haven't heard a word. DO NOT buy from here.
