As a haulier I must say this place hasn't changed in nearly 30 years. No Matter what they do new systems etc all they do is move the queue somewhere else. You need more straddle carriers or do away with this system entirely as it's the week link. At the moment we have ten new lanes in the vbs area which go into four and ultimately one. How is that ever going to work????
