Scammers! My husband and I are being wrongfully billed, and someone else's info showed up in my onlline system. I've contacted various folks on the phone and in person and the billing issue is still unresolved; I had to tell them 2-3x about the other person's info in my profile before it was removed. I was told I'd be contacted by a manager and that has not happened... I was told I had an annual physical and first office visit scheduled at the same time, but that doesn't explain why my husband is also being billed and it was not his first visit, does it? They will be getting no further business from my husband nor me.
