I was so excited to find an independent agent in my area. I put all my information together and went to their office on Lawrenceville Hwy. I couldn't find it and called. It was mid day on Monday and the woman who answered the phone said "we are working from home today" There was no option of how we could meet --- They just decided not to work that day.
As the owner of the property at 2245 Dillard St. which was rented to Royal Adult Day Care, Landa Clay Gamble and Royal Adult Daycare has a judgement against them for non-payment of rent. They never paid anything on Newton County civil action 2017-MG-CV- 4007
The judgement amount is $15,099 plus interest.
Would you trust someone who took rental space of the market and never paid a dime? This was a huge hardship on me personally who had run Eldercare Systems, Inc. out of that office for many years prior to its sale in 2015 when I sold Eldercare, but retained the building to fund my retirement.
