This is an unethical company
This is an unethical company abusing the Coldwell Banker name to take advantage of customer. Their rental management division rented us a furnished home and presented a clean neat property in photos. Upon arriving the property was as unfurnished dirty dump (unkept yard, fallen tree on building, broken appliances, on and on...). A last ditch message to President - Broker in Charge, Tina Bernhardt also went unanswered. There are plenty of ethical realty businesses out there, this is not one.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
