Beware of Flower Scam with Rivera Funeral Home. I sent a $300 flower arrangement through a reputable local florist, and the flowers were never presented at the funeral service nor at the reception. I telephoned the florist first to confirm they had delivered them and was told they were given to the receptionist at the Funeral Home. I called Paul the Funeral Director, and he had no clue what happened to them other than they were so busy they either were given to another funeral, or the florist never delivered them. He told me he would look into it and a week later no call from Paul. Very disappointed that they cannot keep track of flowers being sent for the funerals.
