THIS COMPANY IS NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR, which means even if it is insured, a claim could be denied for operating illegally. He told me he was licensed, bonded and insured before I hired him. I also doubt you could be bonded without being a licensed contractor.

I sent pictures of what it did to my driveway about a month ago, and now he refuses to respond to all of my voicemails. They used to answer the phone, give me the runaround, and tell me he would come but not show up. I called several times a week for months. I have a security video of myself paying him cash, as we were standing right in front of the camera, but they refuse to give me a receipt despite my five requests. It's a good thing I forgot to turn it off. His name appears in a lawsuit where he cashed a business check at a check-cashing company. Don't businesses have to deposit checks into business accounts? This raises the question of whether they are even operating within the law. I am not sure, but I'll find out.
