I have the T12-v and the buttons were getting gooey so I called Torrey Pines and was instantly answered by a real person and she was super friendly and helpful . Today I received a call back from tech support and the dude was so cool and explained how they got a bad batch of buttons apparently and got my address and put a couple new buttons in the mail today for free . 100% recommend these folks for great products and beyond awesome customer service !😎
