Red flag! People deserve to know how most aids truly treat your family members while your not looking. They are cussed at. Yelled at. Stripped of thier dignity. Manhandled. It's just not ok! There are 2 types of aides, 1 is in it for the money, the other is in it because they truly care! Unfortunately Bill would rather keep the ones who care nothing about the individual, as he himself down talks these residents. Even though there are aides who may truly care and absolutely love thier job, there is no room for ANY personal problems his employees may have! He will keep ones who cuss at, mistreat, neglect and manhandle these poor residents, as long as they simply show up, for every shift! Rather than keep anyone who may actually be human and happen upon any type of life issues wich may cause them to call in! While I understand the importance of being there every day..... life does happen! And if you notice, he is always hiring! I feel it better to keep a staff who truly cares about the residents, understands and meets thier needs, making sure these residents see the same faces, as well as thier families, rather than continuously changing staff, being biased, and keeping the aides who simply conform and belong to the freighterview "Clique"! Not to mention the fact that the poor residents are not allowed enough food! As much as they pay and have earned thier place as our elders, It really upset me witnessing them ask for more food, or for something different, or simply for a desert! But no matter what, they were all very rudely brushed off! As was I if I were to ask for more food for them! Its truly heartbreaking! I feel so sorry for the residents of freighterview! But I did give 2 stars simply because there are 2-3 aides who are amazing! If you absolutely have to lodge your loved ones there, all I ask is that you make sure you have a constant camera feed! Trust me... it's worth the money!
