Not very professional!!!
Not very professional!!! Never received a call to set up physical therapy. They had my Drs orders and was approved to provide service. My Drs orders had my phone number to set up my visits. They put the wrong number in my file and then told me when I finally reached the that I didn’t answer there calls. I called in and we got the correct number put in system. I was told they would contact me for service the next day. No calls from them came in. I called back twice I was told they would call me back. I finally get a call back from their corporate office. I was told they didn’t have a representative in my area. He said they are forwarding my Drs orders to a different provider. My therapy was to start 3-3 days after surgery. I’m now at 7 days after surgery and still waiting.
