Poor customer service
I had a very very small crack on my windshield. I asked a friend if he knew of an auto place. He recommended this place. The owner Brian sends out this technician. He saw the crack, said "Oh this a nothing, I'll get it fix".
He made it WORSE to the point I had to get a whole new windshield. Something that should have cost me less than $100, now cost me $500 ( deductible thru my insurance). I called. What's even worse this technician showed no remorse, didn't even hear him say, "I'm sorry". He never explain what "might" happen as a result of him fixing it.
I called and spoke with the receptionist, told her what happen, never received a call back from this Brian, never received an apology nothing.
