Dress not as expected and poor return policy
The dress I received was not quite as I had expected so I was going to return it as I thought there was a good return policy but it was going to cost me more to return it as you have to pay to courier it back to where it was shipped from, which was not in Canada.
I was offered a 15% refund to not return it, however after repeated correspondence saying a credit was coming or they would look into this the credit was never received against my credit card.
Very disappointed in the handling of this issue.
