Lost 2 Items that I Won
I won half a dozen items recently in an auction with Uptown Auctions. One immediately popped up as a no sale. There was no indication that there was a minimum bid on this piece. I was willing to bid higher and indeed had a higher reserve bid waiting in the wings. Then, at pickup, I was informed that one of my items was given to the wrong person. I was refunded the cost. However, had I known I wouldn't have received those items, I could have bid higher or for another item that I wanted. In neither case was it offered to obtain the items that I won fairly by the rules in open bidding.
