I called and scheduled an appointment with Eclipse Roofing a week in advance. The day of my appointment I waited all morning so I would be available for my appointment at 12:00. At 11:30, Tre messaged me to say he was delivering materials to a job site and that he would need to reschedule. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me in person! I wasted half of my day just to be stood up by a company that apparently doesn't care about their commitments or their customers. If this is how they treat you before hiring them I would hate to see how they treat you afterwards.
