I have been trying to contact this company for months. I have been on hold trying to speak to reception some times for over an hour, then I give up. They were requested to arrange an assessment for my elderly mother in Victoria in January 2025, and it is now nearly September 2025 and no contact from then despite many attempts to contact them. We don't appear to have a choice as to who carries out Assessments on behalf of My aged care, but steer clear of this company would be my recommendation,
