electric protector product last just 1 event
I went to verify about 2 of the ten electric protector I bought in San Juan PR store.
There were 3 employees from the store (including the son of the owner as he claims) that instead of giving me an answer about the equipment, they spent 25 minutes explaining me that it has no guarantee. Even though I knew that it was an issue of the electric company, I just want it to understand if it still work or it jus take 1 event to protect the equipment. At then end, they said it does not work and if I want to claim it to the electric company. Apparently the product is to be used once.
Worst service Ever received!!!!
