On August 19, 2025 a 66 year old retired police officer calls for help. His air conditioner went out August 14. The repairman he had, came in and replaced a motor that did not need replacing and said it was the circuit board. That repairman left the man without further help. So Countyline was called. After a conversation with a representative about the situation, the line went dead. After a callback no answer. No call back, no help just hung up on. And the community and service professionals around the area wonder about getting appropriate service and bad reputations???? A simple I am sorry sir we are too busy would have been accepted. No, the unprofessional man just hung up his phone, refused to answer another call nor call back. Never wonder why your business suffers Countyline response?? " that’s a headache I’d prefer not to deal with" so if you have a headache problem go elsewhere?? thanks
