Checked the directory, none of those "happy", "satisfied", "love it" people are in the directory—another joke. Sun Communities/Alta Laguna has severe infrastructure issues, systemic issues. Flooding, inadequate drainage infrastructure, lack of maintenance schedules, and untrimmed trees. Potholes in community streets, cul-de-sac homes left unchecked for years. Lack of rule enforcement, standing water which breeds mosquitos, rodents, rats, lead time to respond to their own property issues is years, yes years. They "recycle" issues by ignoring, ducking, bobbing, evading, lie-ing, time-wasting. The evasion is endless. Your time will be spent in terror due to rodents, flooding, holes in the street (which is a fall hazard), being bitten by mosquitoes due to improper land slope, which is all Sun Communities. They tout "do the right thing", nothing changes if nothing changes... Theyve been sent video of flooding issues, pictures of flooding, severely overgrown trees and shrubs, and filth. It isn't safe here; the flooding has caused fissures and concrete buckling. Sun Communities and Alta Laguna pocket the land lease fees and run from their responsibilities. Leaving residents in fear over Suns' "trash receptacle decisions". Many actual residents here are senior citizens who cannot fight due to age or pain, fixed income, or immobility. Sun pockets the money while our investments are destroyed. Every name listed below is a fantasy. They don't live at Alta Laguna, not one of them is in the directory. Not one. Sun Communities and Alta Laguna are a band of thieves. Look at the pictures posted about the serious problems. They're actively harassing me by taking years to acknowledge all of their problems affecting me and other homeowners. They just "do nothing" or maybe a drive-by in their little golf cart so they can't actually see what the heck is going on. They aren't experienced enough to be in the positions they're in. And that is Sun hiring employees at a reduced wage, which causes us to experience damages, and Sun runs away with our money. I can hardly wait until they're prosecuted for the "alleged" fraud against their own investors. What a scam artist.
