Marketing Genius
When I first began working with Jeff he was fantastic but as we progressed into the fine design nitty gritties the attention to detail was absent. He would brush off design flaws or questions promising it would all be fine on the day. Unfortunately I’d already paid my deposit so decided to trust the smooth talking salesman . Then my kitchen was delivered and after much panic due to a design fault, it was half instored, the rest of the money was requested and paid and Jeff disappeared. He sent different people, with little to no skills to complete the installation, who ended up not having the right equipment or product. They all apologized profusely saying they were having the same problem with every installation they were doing. Terrible experience unfortunately. Would not recommend using this company despite the promises made about fast custom made bespoke carpentry. LOL
