Exceptional Customer Service
I can not say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Nick and his crew at Balsam Lake Nursery. We had purchased an oak tree from their nursery last year, and had them install it due to its size. This spring, it looked like it didn't make it through the winter. When I called to inform Nick of the situation, he said that he'd come out and take a look at it-and replace it if that were the case. He came out and verified that the tree had died, and again told me that it was under warranty (one year) and that it would be replaced. True to his word, he came out today and not only replaced the original tree, but also brought out an additional tree as well. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that this family owned company provided to me today. They will be my "go to" nursery for the foreseeable future. I would strongly recommend Balsam Lake Nursery for all of your nursery/landscaping needs. A+++
