Poor communication
Been trying for an hour to contact the Kingston store...and was redirected to the Toronto office...where I had to listen to a speel about a bracelet....so I hung up.
Finally got through at 1833 number...asked about portable oxygen...said he would connect me to Kingston...I said no as they do not answer...he said he would contact them.
I asked that I be phoned by 330 pm.
We will see....Poor communication.....! Needs to be fixed.
Perhaps I should go elsewhere.
