I called the Rendon Center for Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine to ask about laser cyst sac removal and to schedule an appointment. The AI greeting was cold, robotic, and completely unwelcoming. When I finally reached a staff member, she couldn’t answer which doctor performs the procedure and just said ‘all of them do it,’ which is unrealistic for a specialized treatment. When I asked for clarification, she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional — I wouldn’t trust them with any procedure, especially one on a visible area.
