20+ year knife
I bought their Survivor series knife back in 2008, I think, from Black Sheep Sporting Goods in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Yall, I have abused this knife. It was the one I learned how to sharpen effectively, it has cleaned deer, elk, turkeys, fish, you name it it's probably done it. I've used it to whittle spoons when I forgot mine while backpacking, I've batoned it to split kindling when i didnt have a hatchet on hand. I've started fires and lit my MSR stove in absolute blizzards.
I. Have. Abused. This. Knife. And it has never let me down the steel get sharp and stays sharp, it's surprisingly rust resistant and easy to sharpen. I got it before it came with the cool new Kydex sheath and had the nylon? one. It also refuses to give up. The only thing that is starting to run low is the flint that comes with it. If I could give it more stars I would but it limits me to 5. I absolutely recommend this knife and when this one finally gives up I will absolutely be getting another.
