A fellow RVer recommended Bontrager Surplus to us. We were looking for a sofa bed for our Grand Design Imagine 2600RB. We found the perfect sofa bed for our trailer. Our trailer was in the Grand Design shop and as soon as we picked up the trailer, we headed to Bontrager's for our new sofa bed. We immediately sensed a problem when our slide would not open for the Bontrager staff to remove our old sofa and put in the new one.
Thinking it was a battery issue, they allowed us to plug into their 110 electrical supply. The slide still didn't come out. Skylar and his team got the new sofa placed in our trailer, and continued to try to solve our slide problem. A telephone call to Grand Design found their maintenance staff gone for the day. Skylar continued to try to solve our problem. We decided it was a problem for Grand Design to solve. Bontrager Surplus allowed us to stay in their parking lot and even provided electricity for the night. This family-owned business will go out of its way to help you. You will not only find treasures in the shop, you will also discover help people who care about giving excellent service. We love the sofa bed we purchased, and we had the opportunity to get to know Skylar and the team.
