Wards Auto Sarcasm!!
Wards auto body shop has done two good jobs for me. The second time will be the last time though. When I bring my vehicle in for a repair, I expect the job to br done to the end, not halfway. I needed a small rust spot fixed on the top of the rocker panel. To do this, there is a Toyota emblem that is stuck on with an adhesive that comes on the emblem. You peel off the backing and stick it on. When I got my truck back there wasn't an emblem on. When I inquired about it, I was told by Tony Pinar "What do you think, I'm going to get new emblem out of the goodness of my heart"!! I anticipated paying for a new emblem, and I expected the job to be finished, not have to finish the job myself. I'm a paying customer and I expect curtesy, not sarcastic remarks. Like I said, they did two jobs for me, but they won't get another one!!
