Awful experience
Today we had the misfortunate of dealing with Neil Herberger he was incredibly rude and difficult we had said we needed 400 lbs delivered he came without equipment, borrowed our equipment he needed a dolly and a cart. Was rude about our security a simple sign in book. Had one of our employees bring the stuff down to the truck which was parked in the wrong place. He didn't even come upstairs on the elevator, not stairs or anything difficult, for the second trip that was needed with our shipment our employees, loaded our packages, on our equipment. Made two trips back and forth for Neil who stayed downstairs while 4 of our employees contributed to doing his work for him. While we had someone downstairs with him, he called the office asking about our shipping desk (which we do not have the receptionist sends out the mail). So he comes back up and introduces me to my colleague that I've worked with for a year and a half and then tells me our supply room where he left his paperwork behind was our shipping desk. I guess he wanted someone to make a third downstairs to give him back his paperwork so he didn't have to make the arduous trip in the elevator back up to get it himself. Which he'd failed to sign out anyway so he needed to come back regardless. He was also wearing a graphic tee. All other mail services have a uniform of some kind. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, unprepared, unhelpful, slabby dressed.
Update: he drove through a rainstorm our boxes were uncovered everything we shipped was damaged
