I found Brenda Quick to be manipulative and dishonest. I felt she underpriced my home for a quick sale. I ended up getting an appraisal and bringing up the value by 10%. Under her "professional" advice I lost thousands of dollars, as a seller, and ended up in a motel for 6 weeks.
