I recieved no delivery updates for 2 weeks and called to see what was happening after emailing and getting no response. I ended up calling seven different times because I kept receiving no updates on the case despite being told I would. When I pushed for more information they tried to tell me it had been passed on to a different shipping company (this was the 5th time I had called by that point), and they confirmed they had never received it.
By the time they finally acknowledged it was lost it had been well over a month, and they didn't do anything about it. Basically just told me it wasn't on them.
