Incompetent and Unconcerned staff
I had an appointment at Precision Healthcare in Port Charlotte to see a Urologist. Upon arrival, I found out the doctor was no longer with the practice. No one reached out to inform me, nor did they reschedule with another doctor. My appointment was cancelled without any notice. Their answering machine still has the doctor's name, and I received a text message to check in online, yet there was no doctor. No one seemed to care or offer another doctor. This office is very incompetent.
