Seem pleasant on the phone but these guys just want your money. No idea when it comes to actually diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues. Took my vehicle in for a noise in 4WD and after replacing the transfer, diff mounts and both CVs at considerable expense the noise was worse.
Took the vehicle to a competent mechanic who immediately diagnosed a chipped spider gear in the front differential, which was repaired cheaply.
