Courses are awesome, but I am trying to register for some new coyurses (after purchasing $1200 of points and have 17 points left left) and it is processing for hours, and the phone call is ended as soon as I dial. They answered immediately when I called pther times. Somewhat lost on where the certificate for last week's class went (supposed to be emailed) I am disapointed as I need to attend on weekends, but hoping the support folks are available on weekdays and I'll just burn vaca to finish.
