I recently booked a trip with prestige vacations for one of their rentals, the booking process was easy. However, they provide details about arrival and check in and they didn’t follow there own instructions, they weren’t there to meet us or check us in. In fact the reservation wasn’t even in the resorts computer system, which made me nervous at first that we weren’t booked for the stay, they didn’t send the reservation to the check in desk. Thankfully the resorts manager was extremely helpful and knew how to handle the situation. The check in process took longer than it had to because of this. Also, items that were listed to be included in the unit weren’t there example a cooler, which isn’t a deal breaker but would have been nice while visiting beaches. However, none of these things put a damper on our vacation we still had a wonderful time just wanted to write the review in case this happens to anyone else with checking in.
