They have the best quotes and the worst claims service. They are an agent for Grinnell Insurance and WILL NOT pay legitimate claims! The evidence that was presented was clearly documented about storms from the NOAA, weather service and the damaged roof and still will not pay the claim. Brian is all smiles until a claim is made, beware, price is not everything!!!!!!!
