The Cairns store is terrible. I paid to digitise my logo earlier this year with them, then they stopped stocking the shirts we use for our company and told me they would still embroid if we could source. I bought them online, took them in and was told we wont embroid shirts which arent bought here now. Absolute huge waste of money and time and the worst customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this store to anyone.
